In the Allgäu Skywalk nature park visitors can explore a typical Allgäu forest from top to bottom.
From one of Germany’s highest treetop walkways, visitors can gaze out over more than 34 different types of trees to the heights of the Allgäu mountains and Lake Constance beyond. On the forest floor there is a selection of different nature trails where children of all ages can have fun learning about the trees and the resident fauna.
Adventure playgrounds, a petting zoo and sunbathing meadows make this a wonderfully relaxing day out for families and anyone who enjoys spending time in the countryside.
In addition to the treetop walkway, the park has a lot of other attractions to offer. Back on the ground, visitors also have a variety of chances to experience nature first hand.
On the two nature trails leading through the forest floor, children will have fun discovering lots of fascinating new things about nature. Fir cone catapults, woodpecker seesaws and barefoot trails enable them to use all five senses in their discovery of the natural world. At the end of the visit the youngsters can work off their excess energy in the fresh air with a visit to our large adventure playground.
